LOBBI Community Guidelines

Effective date: October 11, 2026

Lobbi Social Inc., a Delaware corporation, owns and operates Lobbi.
LOBBI is a social app for permanent groups ("Lobbis") and small in-person
plans ("Events"). An Event may be standalone or associated with one Lobbi.
Lobbi membership is separate from an Event RSVP. These guidelines explain what
we expect from everyone on LOBBI. They add detail to our
Terms of Service and sit alongside our
Privacy Policy. If these guidelines and
the Terms ever conflict, the Terms apply.

1. Where these guidelines apply

LOBBI exists to help people meet in person: to find and host Events, and to
stay connected with the Lobbis they belong to. These guidelines apply to every
member, guest, host, and Lobbi owner, and to everything on LOBBI: Lobbis,
Events, invitations, chats, profiles, and your agent, the planning assistant
you name in the app. They also apply at in-person Events you find, host, or
join through LOBBI.

2. Who can use LOBBI

You must be at least 17 years old to use LOBBI. We ask for your date of
birth when you sign up, and people matching stays locked until your profile
has an eligible date of birth. LOBBI does not verify identity or age, so give
your real date of birth, and never help someone under 17 use LOBBI. If you
believe an account belongs to someone under 17, report it.

A host can set a minimum age for an Event. If you are under it, do not attend.

3. How to treat people

4. What is not allowed

These are not allowed anywhere on LOBBI, in anything you ask your agent to do,
or at in-person Events.

Harassment and bullying. Insults, intimidation, repeated unwanted contact,
pressuring someone after they have said no, and encouraging others to target
someone.

Hate and discrimination. Attacking or demeaning people because of race,
ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation,
disability, or serious illness, including slurs and hateful symbols.

Sexual content and solicitation. Nudity or sexually explicit content,
sexual messages or images nobody asked for, and offering or asking for sex or
sexual services. Sexual content involving anyone under 18 is never allowed in
any form and leads to a ban. Grooming, sexual exploitation, trafficking,
sextortion, and intimate images shared without consent, including deepfakes,
are prohibited. To request removal, use our
intimate-image removal process.

Violence and threats. Threatening, encouraging, or celebrating violence
against anyone, and content that encourages self-harm.

Illegal activity. Using LOBBI to plan, promote, or carry out anything
illegal, including selling drugs or weapons and serving alcohol to people under
the legal drinking age.

Scams and payment solicitation. Hosts can tell you what an Event costs,
and you pay them at the door. Nobody on LOBBI may ask anyone to send money to
Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, PayPal, Revolut, Wise, or any other personal payment
handle before an
Event, in an Event's details, an invitation, a profile, or chat. Those
transfers may be difficult or impossible to recover. Fake Events, requests for loans or gifts,
investment pitches, and attempts to obtain someone's sign-in code, passwords,
or financial details are also not allowed. LOBBI does not process Event payments. Support will not ask you for card or
bank details or for your sign-in code.

Spam and commercial solicitation. Bulk or repeated unwanted messages or
invitations, misleading links, unsolicited advertising, referral schemes, and
Events or Lobbis created mainly to sell something to the people who join.

Impersonation and fake profiles. Pretending to be another person, a
business, or LOBBI; using someone else's photos; misstating your age; and
creating accounts by automated means.

Anyone under 17. Accounts are for people 17 and older. Do not create or run
an account for someone younger.

Sharing others' private information. Sharing someone's address, phone
number, private messages, or photos without permission, or republishing member
lists, exact addresses, or Lobbi chat outside the people they were shared
with.

Misconduct at in-person Events. Harassment, unwanted touching, threats, or
pressuring someone to drink or use drugs at an Event you joined through LOBBI
breaks these guidelines, and you can report it in the app afterwards.

Misusing LOBBI. Scraping, probing, or disrupting the service; filing
reports you know to be false; and creating a new account to get around a
block, suspension, or ban.

5. Hosting and attending Events and Lobbis

If you host. Hosts, co-hosts, and Lobbi owners are responsible for the
Events and Lobbis they run.

If you attend. Respect the host's reasonable rules, the minimum age, and
the venue. If something feels wrong, you can leave at any time.

Meeting in person. LOBBI does not vet Lobbis, Events, members, or
attendees, so use your judgment. Meet in public places the first time, tell
someone you trust where you are going, arrange your own way there and back,
and do not share your home address or financial details with people you have
just met. If you or anyone else is in danger, contact local emergency services
first.

6. Profiles and photos

Your profile represents you. Use a name you go by and photos that show you,
keep your bio accurate, and do not use your profile to advertise or to route
people to payment handles. Names, bios, and photos are checked automatically,
as section 9 describes.

LOBBI does not verify identity and has no verification badges. Nothing on a
profile proves who someone is, and passing an automated check does not mean
LOBBI has vetted a person.

Only post photos of other people with their permission. Only an Event's
attendees can see its Memories album, and anyone who appears in a photo there
can remove it.

7. Chat

Everything in section 4 applies to every message, photo, and attachment you
send. LOBBI does not screen chat messages before they are sent and does not
scan conversations for moderation, so moderation in chat starts with a report.
To report a message, press and hold it and choose Report Message. To report
or block a person, use the options in the conversation or on their profile.

Messages you have sent may stay visible to other members after you leave a
chat or delete your account, so think before you send.

8. Safety tools

Block. Block someone from their profile or a conversation. Blocking takes
effect right away: they cannot find you, invite you, or message you, and you
will not see their profile. If they are in a Lobbi or Event you host, they are
removed. If you are in a Lobbi or Event they host, you leave it. If you are
both ordinary members of someone else's Lobbi, you both stay, and their
messages there are hidden from you unless you choose to show one. LOBBI does
not notify the person you block. You can unblock someone in Settings, under
Blocked users.

Report. You can report an Event, a Lobbi, a Lobbi invitation, a member of a
Lobbi, a message, or an account, for reasons including spam, offensive or
inappropriate content, harassment, unsafe activity, and asking for money. The
in-app report process does not show the reported person your identity.
Circumstances may let them infer it, and disclosure may be required by law.
Copyright notices have a separate process described in our Terms. Each report gets a
reference code you can follow under Your reports in the Safety Center.
Reporting an account also stops LOBBI from matching you with that person
again, automatically and right away.

Leave. You can leave an Event, a waitlist, or a Lobbi at any time. Leaving
an Event changes your RSVP. Leaving a Lobbi ends your membership and your
access to its member-only chat and Events.

Control who can reach you. In Settings, under Privacy, choose who can find
you by name, invite you to an Event or a Lobbi, and send you a first message,
and whether to require message requests.

Delete your account. From your Profile, open Settings, then Account
information, then Delete account. Deletion is permanent. Our Privacy Policy
explains what is removed and what is kept.

9. How moderation works

Automated screening. Before other people see them, LOBBI automatically
checks the text of new and edited Events (including private location details
and invitation messages sent when the Event is created), the text of new and
edited Lobbis, new and changed display names and bios, new profile photos, and
Lobbi and Event cover photos. If a check finds a problem, the content is not
published and you are asked to change it. If the check is unavailable, nothing
is published unchecked, and you are asked to try again later. Automated checks
can be wrong, and they do not replace reports.

Reports. Reports are read by the LOBBI team as capacity allows. LOBBI is
small and does not have a round-the-clock moderation team, so ordinary reports do not have a guaranteed
response time. Legally required removal deadlines, including the intimate-image
process linked above, still apply. When several members report the same Event, it is
hidden automatically until it has been reviewed. Warnings, suspensions, and
bans are decided by a person, never automatically by a number of reports.

Not an emergency service. LOBBI is not an emergency service, and no one is
monitoring in real time. If you or someone else is in danger, contact local
emergency services first, then report to us.

10. Enforcement and appeals

If you break these guidelines, we may remove or hide content and take action
on your account. The action depends on what happened; serious violations, such
as threats, scams, or sexual content involving anyone under 18, can lead
straight to a ban.

A suspension or ban also ends your pending and confirmed people matches. While
your account is restricted you can still open account settings, delete your
account, sign out, and appeal.

Appeals. Your account status, the decision date, and any message from us
appear at the top of the Safety Center. You can appeal each warning,
suspension, or ban once from there, with a note of up to 2,000 characters.
Appeals are reviewed by a person, and if a decision is overturned, the
restriction is lifted. To ask about content we removed, contact support.

After account deletion. Deleting your account does not erase reports or
enforcement decisions. They are kept in de-identified form, as our Privacy
Policy describes.

11. Your agent

Your agent can suggest Events and people, draft Events, and act in the app for
you, within these rules:

12. Changes to these guidelines

We may update these guidelines as LOBBI changes. We will update this page and
its effective date, and material changes will be announced in the app.

13. Contact

For questions about these guidelines, or a problem you cannot report in the
app, email support. Quote your report reference if you have one, and do not
include passwords, sign-in codes, or payment details. See
Support for more.
